Wholesale Terms and Conditions
1. Pricing:
- All wholesale orders will receive a flat 40% discount off the retail price of each individual book.
- Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
2. Ordering Process:
- Wholesale orders can be placed conveniently through our online platform.
- Minimum order quantity: 10 books or $100.
- Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
3. Shipping and Delivery:
- Postage costs will be calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location.
- Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.
4. Returns and Exchanges:
- Returns will only be accepted in the case of damaged.
- Notification of damages must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Please provide photographic evidence of any damaged items.
5. Payment:
- Payment can be made online through our secure payment gateway.
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
6. Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellations after this period may incur a restocking fee.
7. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP):
- Retailers can choose their own price for their stock.
